Characterization of users of mobile citizen participation applications using geographic information systems for usability processes
Caracterización de usuarios de aplicaciones de participación ciudadana móviles utilizando sistemas de información geográficos para procesos de usabilidad
Main Article Content
The use of Geographic Information has grown rapidly in recent years, allowing us to identify the importance of usability to facilitate its use. Geographic information systems (GIS) by their characteristics bring a series of particularities that change the way in which usability in relation to the user can be applied. This paper seeks to characterize the target users for citizen participation applications that make use of GIS in order to generalize elements of impact in the design of future develop-ments.
