Transformational leadership and leadership traits in the MSMEs of Dagua, Valle del Cauca, Colombia

The objective of this research is to establish the relationship between transformational leadership and the leadership traits applied and perceived in the MSMEs of Dagua, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. With a correlational scope, a non-experimental quantitative approach and a deductive method thanks to bibliographic sources, a structured survey of 31 questions was carried out, of which 9 corresponded to personal characterization and business characterization, the remaining 22 questions were presented with a 7-point Likert scale, applied to 50 employees, number chosen in a non-probabilistic manner and at the convenience of the authors, the data collected was processed by the statisticians as McDonald's omega coefficient (ω), as a measure of reliability of the data collected and analyzed and Sperman's Rho to analyze the type of evaluation that exists between the variables transformational leadership and leadership traits, this, through the Jamovi application version 2.4 14.0 for Windows. The rating coefficient showed 0.807, allowing us to define a positive and strong relationship between transformational leadership and leadership traits. This type of relationship is defined as an association, where both variables are related and affect each other, but are still independent between each other. Yeah.
